Every wedding day I am always surprised by at least one thing happening. This may sound simple, but on Megan & Lars' day I was surprised by Megan's dad cooking all the girls a lovely breakfast while they got ready. It's one of those little gestures that seems perhaps routine in the moment, but I believe will stand out as a cherished memory in the long run.

And Megan and Lars had oodles of great moments both little and large that we were fortunate enough to capture and now share. They met while Megan was doing her ride along with an EMT as a new ER nurse. The conversation flowed, and everything felt just right from the beginning. Megan maybe played a tiny bit hard to get, but she realizes now it was only because she was nervous about how much she liked Lars!

Their ceremony took place in the breathtaking St. Sebastian Catholic Church, and the reception at the Lace Factory was one of the most lush indoor landscapes we have ever filmed. Greenery draped all the way down the tables and hanging above the head table. And each table had little menus dangling from copper pipe fashioned by Megan's dad. This was a stunner of a day
